I am in a beautiful mood right now. I had some lovely pasta and I discovered a new song, something that I don’t do very often, and when I do, it’s generally not to my taste. However, this time, I seem to have hit the jackpot! This fabulous song is ‘joyride’ by Mysie. 

Ah! I love the aesthetic – it’s all dark, I just love that darkness can also be associated with joy. I once wrote a free verse poem about darkness, I was inspired when I had a terrible migraine and subsequent sensitivity to light. I mean, I love the dark aesthetic, but I also felt so much like romping through a field of golden sunflowers, with a little straw hat and no cares in the world. 

Anyhow, I suppose this mood is partly due to the delicious pasta I had, so I shall share the recipe.

It’s all a lovely vibe! Eat, listen to good music, and maybe enjoy some chilled lemonade! There’s nothing in the world stopping you from having a wonderful time!
